Mr. Bill Frey is sharp as a tack and does not let any grass grow under his feet. I live in California and completed that box on the computer to have a realtor contact me about purchasing a property. Bill was the only Realtor to respond to my request. I saw a small property on Dock St but it had a pending offer. Bill checked it out and found out that the property had fallen out of escrow and helped me purchase the property. He has driven me around the Wilmington and I bought another house.in a quieter area (mid-town). He continues to help me where he can as I still have not made the move yet.
